TEAM OF LAWYERS:

Chief Tunde Odanye is the Principal Partner and Head Counsel in the firm. He graduated from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, Osun State in 1977 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in July 1978. After his Youth Service in Kano, where he served with the firm of Messrs Majiyagbe (S.A.N.) & Co, he worked in the Chambers of M. Olapade Odanye & Co. (the firm of his late father) between 1979 and 1985 before setting up Tunde Odanye & Co. He has advised numerous clients and interest groups and has over the years established a reputation as a talented litigator capable of handling very complex and intricate matters. He was appointed a member of the Ten (10) – member Justice Committee of the Lagos State Transition Work Group to develop a blueprint for the administration of Law and Justice in Lagos State (the economic Capital of West-Africa) in 1999. He has to his credit, victories in an array of very high profile cases and to his honour, a plethora of honorary awards for his outstanding reputation and achievement over the years in Legal Practice. He is a member of the Lagos branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the London Court of International Arbitration, the World Intellectual Property Organisation, the Association of Business Law Firms and the Intellectual Property Law Interest Group, amongst other professional bodies

Also with the Firm are a number of Associate Counsel, all with varied competencies from foremost Nigerian and foreign Universities. They possess years of experience in their various areas of specialization, practice and expertise and constitute a truly formidable team of lawyers who are conversant with current laws and trends in the profession. They are in turn supported by a specialized support staff including Litigation Assistants, Law Clerks and ICT Administrators.
